1. Returns & Cancellation
- Requests for returns or cancellations must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Products/software must be unused, with all original packaging or activation codes, and proof of purchase.
- Customized or special order items may not qualify for return/refund.
- Cancellation of an order prior to dispatch or activation is eligible for a full refund.
2. Refunds
- Eligible refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days after approval.
- If the product is defective/damaged or the software malfunctions, please contact us within 48 hours for priority handling.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except in cases of company error or product defect.
- Partial refunds may apply if returned products are not in their original condition.
